The book is attached to the album, but the pages aside from the first and last pages are detached and slightly yellowed; they are otherwise in good condition and have lyrics to the songs with cute, retro renditions of the Sesame Street cast and stills from the show throughout. The record inside appears to be in good condition with only a couple of surface marks and some dust. Please note that the advertised poster is not included.
