Does have a few minor issues. First.....the bottom staple on the book spine is missing (can easily be re-stapled). Second...the very last page has a dark stained area at the bottom of the page (appears to be crayon). And last.....the record has a 1" scratch on side one. It has been tested and still plays perfect.
